Essenial Oil: Ylang Ylang
Let yourself feel, create a safe space for you to experience emotions, no matter how deep or scary they seem. Don’t be afraid of what is inside because the longer you avoid it, the stronger they will become as they hibernate within you.
Become more aware of your sexual energy, what (and who) you allow to share in your divine practice. Remember we were made to create, to love, to sustain, never forget about the wisdom your body has and the sacred connections you have made with others. Also remember intimacy does not always mean sex. Keeping that in mind as you make connections and most importantly treating yourself how you would expect someone else to treat you, lead by example.
What can you do to show yourself love today?
Be creative, connect with those around you and make magic! We are capable of anything and the world is at our fingertips (assuming we can take some charge on climate change).
Give yourself permission to find emotional balance. Sounding VAM is a great way to deepen your connection with the Sacral Chakra. Treat yourself to a massage, focus on haptic touch to work through past trauma and built up energy in the body. There are so many tools to deepen body awareness that I have learned and the fun part is trying all of them and seeing what works best for YOU!
